Mon, 26 Apr 2010 00:19:21 -0700, /Ant/:
I found another Web site(?) showing XML parsing error on
http://cid-4e29184bbcf3e276.skydrive.live.com/browse.aspx/Ants/stough%20cyn
... It seems to only fails in SeaMonkey v2.0.4 in both my updated
Windows XP Pro. SP3 and Debian/Linux. No problems with Debian's
Iceweasel (aka Firefox), Windows' Firefox v2.0.0.20, and IE6. If I
change SM's UserAgent to Firefox, then no problems.
Is this an user agent issue? Thank you in advance. :)
It is an authoring issue. They serve something claiming to be XML but
then it is not well-formed and violations of well-formedness constraints
are fatal errors [1]. In contrast when served with HTML browsers do all
kind of sorcery to render even the most horribly broken content. Just
as workaround and convenience you could install the Open in Browser
extension [2], then in such situations use the View -> View as -> Web
page option which will make the page interpreted as HTML, instead of XML
(XHTML).
