Assuming that you have a Master Password and know what it is, here is
how to get rid of it:
Edit->Preferences
Privacy and Security->Master Password
Click "Change Password"
Enter your current password
Leave the New Password boxes blank
Click OK.
You will no longer have a Master Password.
