You raise a good point. If the development computer is a Windows
machine, it probably doesn't matter, except that a large percentage of
the world's web servers are Linux (Apache), it matters a great deal.
Photo.JPG, Photo.Jpg, photo.jpg etc are all different files.

'Tis why I always use only lower-case for everything except content.
