I am aware of that. I also took a precaution before importing the 1.x to 2.x archives and configuration, I made sure that I had only only one profile in the older SeaMonkey Mails. That was probably a mistake as now I cannot create a second profile, rename, or do anything in the 2.0.x Profile Manager.
My intention was to delete all the older versions of SeaMonkey, but the malfunctioning 2.0.4 Profile Manager forced me to reinstall 1.1.19 yesterday, and use that for the second profile. A new conflict came up with this. Although the programs and profiles are all in different folders, the 2.0.x desktop icons sometimes link to the 1.1.19 program instead of 2.0.x.
Obviously, I would like to have just one SeaMonkey program running, the latest version. That I cannot create a second profile in 2.0.4, is a major problem for me.
