I use already years Seamonkey and did ask me, where I can send wishes for more adapted functions.
Enhancements, as they are called, should be submitted the same way as bugs are reported, on bugzilla. See http://www.seamonkey-project.org/dev/get-involved
Follow the same procedure as for reporting a bug: that is, first check whether your enhancement has already been asked for, then *if it has not*, file a new request. In the box where you choose the severity of the "bug", select "enhancement".
If needed I can rewrite the 6 points on German.
Why German? I think English is Seamonkey's "official" development language. (As it is for most international projects.)
