THIS WAS A CLOCK PROBLEM. Seamonkey will not let me send out mail when
the clock disagrees with some other clock. I wish that it would advise
the problem rather than just bounce the emails.
I had accidentally set the clock a month ahead to check my schedule and
that's when the problem started.
Fixed now thanks.

This is not Seamonkey that block your mail due to your pc clock ahead.
This is the mail server you use that refuse to post your mail.
