It uses a text file named profiles.ini, stored in SeaMonkey's
subdirectory of the Windows %APPDATA% directory.  More info at
<http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profiles.ini_file>.  (The file format is
pretty straightforward, but I'd make a backup before editing, just in
case.)
