I do have a list of Web developer firms, showing how many HTML/XHTML and
CSS errors they have on their own Web sites.  It's at
<http://www.rossde.com/internet/Webdevelopers.html>.

even my own ISP's website has a bunch of errors mostly related to filling out the alt tags.
