Well, I've read through your question and the various responses, and I
must say I'm surprised. Most of the responses are completely unlike my
experience with that page.
On my machine (SM 1.1.16), all the navigation keys work fine from the
start, and the page stays put (no jumping back to the top).
I've visited some sites where I had to click an empty area (not a link)
to activate the navigation keys, but this wasn't one of them.
Must be something different in SM 2.0.6. Makes me wonder if I should
hold off "upgrading."
Well, it's only IGN. Do you read IGN often? I do. ;)
