You can either delete them. Or delete/control them with:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamonkey/addon/6623/
Perhaps searcing for *.sol files and deleting all under an 'Adobe'
directory?
The .sol file contains the options you set using the settings manager.
DO NOT delete that file(s).
