"Add Account"
"Account Wizard New Account Set Up" window never appears and I cannot
select e-mail, Blog & News Feeds, or Newsgroups
Instead the next window, "Account Wizard Identity", appears and asks for
Newsgroup info. I cannot add another e-mail account.
Computer is a desk top running Vista. Noticed problem with SM2.06 and
now SM2.07 when I tried to add an e-mail account but it might have
occurred as early as SM1.xx and never been noticed. Two other computers
(Desktop/XPproSP3/SM2.06) (Laptop/XPhome/SM2.07) both work OK.
Thought upgrading to SM2.07 might fix problem but it did not. Any way
to reload SM or repair the problem without destroying all mail,
newsgroup and setup files I have accumulated over the years?
All help would be appreciated.
