Sent files are working properly for me. iMac SeaMonkey 2.0.7.
Maybe its time to reinstall with a fresh Seamonkey, delete SeaMonkey
profiles and make a new profile (or get a backed up copy from Time
Machine from a date before you first updated to 2.0.7).
