Well, the next time you try to access the account, it should ask to
remember the password.

It's not an e-mail account, it's a web login.
Have you closed SM and reopening, to close the connection and reopening
it?

Yes - I've even restarted the machine. I've had this happen before,
don't recall how I resolved it.
