Have you had any hints regarding whether it's an Exchange bug or a SeaMonkey(/Thunderbird) bug? (Actually, since SeaMonkey doesn't warn the user that the message is incomplete when the message is first retrieved, that part is a SeaMonkey bug (at least an HCI design bug).) > you might check;
