Yes, filtering seems to be much buggier in SeaMonkey 2.0.x that in
SeaMonkey 1.1.x. I've had lots of trouble with filtering and I think some
trouble with searching (such as:
- inconsistency between searching and filtering as you report,
- filtering that seems to depend on whether a message is read or
unread,
- Apply Filter/Filters to Folder that seems to process only one
message instead of all messages in the folder.
Yes, please do report any bugs you find.
