When analyzing a framed site, you should specify the exact page in
question. Your first link above is just for the frameset.

As Mr Ross says, there are no backslashes in URLs -- that is a
Windows-only thing. It (they) is an error, and SeaMonkey rightfully
fails on the error. That one page alone has 47 errors.

I see the pages state "This site is and will always be under
construction, since there is always room for improvement."  and it
proves to be very true.
