On the SeaMonkey menu bar, select [Tools > Add-on Manager].

Near the top of the Add-on window, select the Themes button in the
toolbar.

Select SeaMonkey Default Theme or the SeaMonkey Modern. Then select the
associated Use Theme button.

Terminate SeaMonkey. Use Ctrl-Alt-Delete to get the Windows task
manager to make sure SeaMonkey is no longer running. Then relaunch
SeaMonkey.

If the problem still exists, then your problem is NOT the Walnut theme.
In that case, terminate SeaMonkey and relaunch it in safe mode. If the
problem still exists in safe mode, then it is NOT caused by any theme or
extension. You might then suspect a corrupted profile.

By the way, here is another way to check the security of a Web page. On
the SeaMonkey menu bar, select [View > Page Info]. On the Page Info
window, select the Security tab. See the information near the bottom of
the Security pane, under "Technical Details".

Anyone who thinks government owns a monopoly on inefficient, obstructive
