If your trying to download a newsgroup file and its not permitted its probably becuase its not entirely compatible with the SM generally. But definatley I would be downloading some good anti viral anti bugging security monitoring software such as Windows Clear and Perfect Optimizer. I say as had probs with this sort of thing and after purchasing both note that pc now running more optimally.
