SeaMonkey 2.0.9 is affected and we are working on 2.0.10 right now to fix it. SeaMonkey 2.1 Beta 1 is at least not affected when it comes to HTML, as the new HTML5 parser works differently and doesn't run into the problem, but we will put some parts of the patch in future 2.1 versions as well (as I understand it) to ensure this cannot regress.
