How do I move Seamonkey files (local folders etc, bookmarks etc) to

Brian.
The best way is to make a backup using Mozbackup (just google it). Download and install on both machines. Then make a backup of the Seamonkey you want to move (save it to a thumb drive or however you want to physically move the backup) then on the other machine restore the backup.

Mozbackup makes a nice neat file, easily transferable either by thumb drive or email. Kinda a waste to burn it to a CD unless the CD is a re-writable.

PS Be careful of the naming of the "Default" as this will overwrite the other default.

PPS Neither machine can be actually "running" Seamonkey (Seamonkey being active) when you do this.
