File a *bug* and a *patch* to change a web page that *you* maintain?

Are you not the maintainer of that web page?

Regardless of: "I am seriously cutting down the time I'm working on
SeaMonkey and trying to cut down on work time in general" it seems to me
that you are asking others to use added/wasted time to "file a bug, even
better a patch"...

Filing a bug report for something like this (IMO) simply causes
unnecessary noise on bugzilla. So, now:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=613770
is (again IMO - sorry Jens) added to the thousands (6533) of other
bugzilla reports for SeaMonkey:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?quicksearch=seamonkey

Well done.

Anyone with a Mozilla CVS account is able to edit the website (sorta like a wiki, but using HTML markup), and website content issues are reported and tracked in bugzilla.
See <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Websites>

Being "Maintained" by Robert just means that he is responsible to make sure the content is still good, whether he be the one to do the actual edits or someone else. It also means that he has final say on content for that website.

There are a number of people who watch the Websites component in bugzilla as well, who will be able to fix website bugs if Robert isn't needed, or is unavailable for some reason (sleeping, travel, etc.).

Contributing to http://www.seamonkey-project.org/ is really easy using the Mozilla Doctor tool. At the bottom of each page, just click on "Edit this Page". From there you can edit the HTML source, and when you're done, click on the "Save Changes" tab. Even if you don't have a CVS account, it gives you the option to download a diff of your edit (creates your patch), and has a link to where to file the bug in bugzilla, so someone can check in your patch for you.

If you provide patches for enough website bugs, you can then apply for a CVS account.
