Just an idea:
- Copy C:\Documents and Settings\RAY\Application Data\Mozilla
somewhere in an usb stick per exemple.
- Format your drive
- Re-instate your windows with the same user ("RAY" in my case)
- Re-copy the saved directory with all his files into the sema location:
C:\Documents and Settings\RAY\Application Data\Mozilla
- Then install the *same* version of SeaMonkey (he will find the profile)
