The code (CSS) changes are simple, so if someone provides all required
icons (ideally for both themes, but maybe that could be split into two
parts if necessary), a patch can be created within a day or two. Reviews
could take longer, though. Whether that could make SM 2.1 totally
depends on whether someone does it (as ever so often), but this is
actually one of the easier bugs.
