Which version of SeaMonkey are you using? Which version/distribution of Linux are you using? Are you using an official version from the mozilla seamonkey download site or a version that came with your Linux distribution or repository? If the latter, you should complain to the package maintainers, since we have no control on how downstream packagers modify their packages.
