That's the standard behaviour. Only one profile from SeaMonkey 1.x is migrated to SeaMonkey 2.0.10 automatically. You need to import the other ones manually. Don't fret: it's easy: see http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_migration_-_SeaMonkey
