I tried that - nothing happens when I try to drag it. When I select
customize, it shows "Bookmarks" and then "Bookmarks Toolbar Items".
If you select Tools->Manage Bookmarks you should see a folder named
"Personal Toolbar Folder". This Folder contains (or can contain) a set
of Bookmarks that you want ready access to in your Toolbar - anything in
this folder will show up in your Toolbar as individual links.
Unfortunately, the Personal Toolbar Folder shows up as "Bookmark Toolbar
Items" on selecting Customize...you can use Manage Bookmarks to move all
of your bookmarks out of this folder, provided that there really are
none that you want immediate access to...
You may see both the Bookmark Toolbar Items and Bookmarks folders in
your Toolbar on selecting Customize - you can drag either one or both of
them out of the Toolbar.
