I don't know about 1.3.2 since I can't find it at addons.mozilla.org.
However, the 1.3.3 that I downloaded from
<https://addons.mozilla.org/downloads/latest/1865/adblock_plus-1.3.3.xpi> and
installed over a week ago is identical to the one I downloaded today
from <https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamonkey/addon/1865/>.

Note that both URIs are at addons.mozilla.org, but their paths (after
the domain) differ. Starting with <http://adblockplus.org/en/>, I
reached the former path. Starting with
<https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamonkey/> and searching on "Adblock
Plus", I reached the latter path.
