I really think SeaMonkey is a great application. Having been from
Netscape 1.1 thru v7.2 and I was thrilled at the availability of the
combination
browser-email.
And v1.18 has really been great.
BUT, there seems to be no reasonably easy solution to transfer the email
usage for 4 different emails to be done with a transition to v2.011.
I wind up with placing v2.011 in a different location and can only open
a single email address and NO transfer from v1.18 let alone the other 3
emails being used on the same PC, with Windows XP service pk3.
So having had a PC crash 2 months ago and losing a lot of material, I at
a loss to have what I still have in v1.18 transferred to a later version.
At least a "by-the-numbers" procedure that one can have confidence in
doing without any runarounds.
It seems to me that the combination of browser and email suite is so
essential that this would be a sine qua non for SeaMonkey in the next
update/upgrade.
So I hope those who do the essential programming can attend to this key
matter.
