Is there an add-on or extension which will add it to Seamonkey's

AFAICS SM doesn't have it (either). Maybe ThunderPlunger can be adapted
for SM or another add-on exists, I don't know. Writing a new one which
provides just this functionality shouldn't be too hard for someone who
knows the basics, though.
