My SeaMonkey 2.0.11 Add-ons > Plugins works with Windows Media Player
Plug-in Dynamic Link Library 3.0.2.629 Npdsplay.dll.
The web site referred to above plays the video perfectly.
It has been so long in my system that I have forgotten the steps used
to install it.
Directory of C:\Program Files\SeaMonkey\plugins

Thsnks - I got it working. I copied the plugin from my SM 1.1.19 plugin
directory.
