Most of the time there will be 2 tiny arrowheads with a dotted line
between the arrowheads, this creates a "handle" to grab with the mouse
and drag right to increase the panel size, or left to narrow the panel
size.
Or you can just click it once to restore the previous size (show/hide
toggle).
