Just as there are search bots and crawlers that ignore directives in
robots.txt files not to index selected files or even whole sites, the
worst offenders of user tracking will ignore the Do Not Track headers.

On occasion, I might filter and ignore all newsgroup messages
posted through GoogleGroups via Google's G2/1.0 user agent
because of spam from that source.
