Seamonkey 2.1b2 on Windows 7 or XPsp3 (two different computers).
Clicking "Attach to e-mail.." in Adobe reader version 9.4 or 10.0.1 does
not launch Seamonkey e-mail like it used to in Seamonkey 2.0.11. It
does not matter if the mail program is already open or not.
