I've tried the validator link provided by Stéphane. Validating results in:
This feed is valid, but interoperability with the widest range of feed
readers could be improved by implementing the following recommendations.
line 16, column 142: Self reference doesn't match document location
I've also noticed, feed is working on Linux and WinXP pro - possibly
it's some system's library issue (using WinXP home)?

And just tested on WinXPPro SP3 with 2.1b2pre& it works there as well.
Perhaps if you provided details as to what exactly happens when you try
to subscribe others will be able to understand& assist.
