inport email filters

I had a fire in my home and was told my computer was well toasted so I 
have a new win7 box but my old hard drive is OK, told 2 weeks later

How do I copy over my selected email filters
I do not want them all as I am moving over from three profiles to 5, and 
pieces have to be moved accordingly seamonkey 2.x on both but xp to win7
