SeaMonkey remembers to where you last saved a downloaded file. To
change this behavior:

Select [Edit > Preferences] on the menu bar.

On the Preferences window, select [Browser > Downloads].

On the Downloads pane, under "When saving a file", select the "Save to"
radio button and setup a file location that is NOT where you want to
save the images of your financial transactions.

This will always select the same download destination. Then, when you
do download financial images, move them elsewhere.
