Update to SeaMonkey 2.0.12. Tabbed browsing is a basic capability. You don't need an add-on. Install the AdBlock Plus extension from <http://adblockplus.org/en/>. Use that to block ads. (I don't know if it works with SeaMonkey 1.1, but it does work with 2.0.12.) Set your preferences to block popups: On the menu bar, select [Edit > Preferences]. On the Preferences window, select [Privacy & Security > Popup Windows. Check the checkbox to block unrequested popups. -- David E. Ross <http://www.rossde.com/> On occasion, I might filter and ignore all newsgroup messages posted through GoogleGroups via Google's G2/1.0 user agent because of spam from that source. _______________________________________________ support-seamonkey mailing list [email protected] https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/support-seamonkey
