with flashblock on I have one per day approx
SM 2.0.13 will not solve this I suppose..

that did not..
but..
as I found a site

http://www.classicalarchives.com/

where I had a crash every time I wanted to play the
"free 1-click concert"
I tried to uninstall the most recent extension I made : prefbar
bingo
this is working again...

I tried that site. It told me that it wanted popups unblocked, so I
unblocked them. It did not tell me that it wanted Flash enabled, but I
guessed that I should enable it. Then, everything worked okay. This
was with PrefBar 5.1.1 installed.

Rather than using an external audio application (e.g., RealPlayer,
WinAmp, Windows Media Player, iTunes), the page uses Flash to play
streaming music. Note that the PrefBar capability to disable Flash is
often problematical. Thus, I installed FlashBlock and then created a
PrefBar checkbox that enables or disables FlashBlock. I have had no
problems with this configuration.

maybe you can have prefbar on your side with no problems

in fact I don't think prefbar is the real culprit in this case, removing it just modified the memory layout, and thus avoiding
Crash Reason EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_READ
Crash Address 0xc9fc050

I have no proof that flash is the bad guy, but it could make a good suspect at least
