One of three profiles has suddenly developed a problem. When the profile is selected an 'Alert' error message comes up saying (in part) 'Could not initialize the application's profile directory ..."
Attempting to send an email results in a 'Send Message Error': Sending of message failed. An error occurred sending mail. Could not get password for smtp.comcast.net. The message was not sent. I'm at a loss to solve this. Other profile works fine. Help would sure be appreciated. Thanks.
