Seems to like 2.1:
Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:2.0b11)
Gecko/20110209 Firefox/4.0b11 SeaMonkey/2.1b2

and these:
Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:2.0b11)
Gecko/20110205 NOT Firefox/4.0b11 SeaMonkey/2.1b2

general.useragent.extra.firefox;Firefox/3.6.16
(from standard FF 3.6.16)

But not:
Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.1.3)
Gecko/20090824 Firefox/3.5.3

Profiles overview: Supported browsers

Google profiles are supported in the following browsers:

Windows: Chrome, Firefox 3.6, Internet Explorer 8, Internet Explorer 9
    Linux : Chrome, Firefox 3.6
Mac: Chrome, Firefox 3.6, Safari 4

Maybe they changed due to the security changes between FF 3.5 and 3.6.
