Never mind.

I tried looking at the domain of the link.  It gave me a list of
streaming broadcasts, each entry in a box.  In the upper corner of each
box was a link to an .m3u stream, which works just fine.  It even gives
a better sound quality than the original link.

On occasion, I might filter and ignore all newsgroup messages
