According to http://www.sandiego.edu/webdev/files/ https-publishing is possible in SeaMonkey: "SeaMonkey does not support secure ftp, but it does support secure http publishing and has a robust and easy to use web editor. Your publishing URL should be "https://files.sandiego.edu/https.cgi";. Your subdirectory should be "public_html" for home directories, or "Sites/folder" for Departmental pages (replacing "folder" with the folder of your site)."

Where can I find scripts that could receive the upload and place the file in the correct folder: https.cgi, https.php, http.cgi or http.php?

I need this on my site because where I work they have blocked all protocols except HTTP and HTTPS and I need to be able to update some web sites.
