I'm on an AT&T DSL 3MB/512KB, and have both IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity.
I note that last as whenever speed issues comes up the first thing
someone recommends is turning of IPv6. I have miredo - Teredo IPv6
tunneling through NATs running full time.
