Also works for me, but I suspect that is because we have the 'Firefox'
in the UI:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686 on x86_64; rv:2.0pre)

Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:2.0pre)
Gecko/20110406 Firefox/4.0pre SeaMonkey/2.1b3pre
How do I do the same in 2.0.13? I would like to use the new ATT/Yahoo
mail.

I have added to about:config the following entry
Name Status Type Value
general.useragent.extra.spoof user set string Not Firefox/3.6.16
However the above may not be sufficient. You must also have your email
accounts correctly set and may also need to adjust your anti-virus program.
For my at&t Yahoo mail:
pop.att.yahoo.com Port 110
[email protected]
Outgoing mail:
smtp.att.yahoo.com Port 465
One other point. Yahoo mail is using SSL security. If you have an
anti-virus program that handles email security, you must coordinate it
with SeaMonkey.
For example Avast handles this on my system so SeaMonkey smtp has "use
secure authentication" unchecked and SSL/TLS selected. The Avast email
shield SSL accounts has an smtp.att.yahoo.com Port 465 SSL entry.
I have no security entries for the SeaMonkey POP server.
So far this doesn't work for me with the new Yahoo mail. Can someone
tell me what else to try?
