Maybe not. It could be a Flash plug-in that is not installed.

Michael, your suggestion made think to download Flash again and see what
happens. No change, but I did try using IE and got the same results, so
I am starting to think that it could be something missing after my
reformat and reload of XP. The search goes on and on and on..........
