Context: Seamonkey 2.0.14 in Linux Our son just reported that if he has a Youtube, or other, streaming video running - then he pauses it and is away for a while - when he returns the audio behaves erratically (he described what sounded like a loop).
Even if he closes and opens a different streaming video the same audio 'loop' continues to play. The only solution is to either open Midori or Firefox and access video from one of them, which seems to bypass the audio problem, or to reboot.
