I was able to get SeaMonkey Default Theme 1.0 to update to 2.1.  I went
to about:config and searched for extensions.lastAppVersion.  I set the
value to 2.3 and terminated SeaMonkey.  When I again launched SeaMonkey,
the theme had been updated to a compatible version; and the preference
variable had reverted to 2.1.
