Set preference variable browser.zoom.siteSpecific to be "false".
You can enter about:config in the address area (URI bar) and search for
"zoom" to find the variable. Double-click on it to change it from
"true" to "false".
Alternatively, you can place the following in file user.js in your
profile:
user_pref("browser.zoom.siteSpecific", false);
To become effective, you must completely terminate SeaMonkey and then
restart it.
