Starting with FF 4 and SM 2.1, this is now remembered on a per-site
basis, using the content pref browser.upload.lastDir (which appears in
the Data Manager under Preferences for a given site, if set).
Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a fallback to normal prefs for
the default, so setting browser.upload.lastDir in about:config won't help.
