Firefox, too, not just Seamonkey.

Not just that, one nice side-effect is that it also serves as a backup of bookmarks, history data, and passwords, and if you should lose your local installation, you can get those back from the Sync server (if you have safely stored/printed your Sync key and find it again, as it only exists on your side and no data can be used without it).
